Studying Industrial Design at Tunghai University as an international student has been an incredibly enriching experience. From the moment I stepped onto campus, I was welcomed warmly by both faculty and fellow students, making me feel right at home despite being thousands of miles away from Indonesia.

One of the most rewarding aspects of studying at Tunghai University is the opportunity to immerse myself in a diverse and vibrant learning environment. The university attracts students from all over the world, creating a melting pot of cultures, perspectives, and ideas. This diversity not only enriches classroom discussions but also fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation of different global perspectives on design.

The Industrial Design program at Tunghai is renowned for its comprehensive curriculum and emphasis on hands-on learning. From day one, I was given the opportunity to engage in practical design projects that challenged me to think creatively and critically. Whether it was designing products, prototyping, or collaborating with classmates on group projects, every assignment pushed me to expand my skill set and approach design problems from new angles.

One of the highlights of my time at Tunghai University was the chance to participate in international design competitions and exhibitions. These events not only allowed me to showcase my work on a global stage but also provided valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals and fellow designers from around the world. Additionally, the university’s strong connections with industry partners meant that I had access to internships and job opportunities that helped me gain real-world experience and prepare for a career in industrial design.

Overall, studying Industrial Design at Tunghai University as an international student from Indonesia has been an unforgettable journey filled with growth, discovery, and countless opportunities. I am grateful for the friendships I’ve made, the knowledge I’ve gained, and the experiences that have shaped me into the designer I am today.
